What countries do you ship to?

How much does shipping cost?

We will be adding a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping at this time.

When will my order ship?

All orders will ship as soon as they are completed, roughly 5-7 days after an order has been submitted. If it has been over a week and a tracking number hasn't been sent to you yet, please reach out by our contact form or by emailing us at darcisfureverpets@gmail.com

My tracking says "delivered" but I don't see my package?

Sometimes orders are marked by the carrier as 'delivered' when they reach the closest distribution center to your shipping address. Please allow another day or two for your package to show up at your destination. If your order still hasn't arrived by then, please inquire at the nearest appropriate distribution center (local post office, etc.) with your tracking number to inquire. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items underneath the shipper's care.

My order was sent back to you. What happens now?

If your order comes back to us, we will reach out via email with appropriate next steps. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam or junk folders for our message.

I ordered the wrong thing by accident, is there anything I can do?

If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us by our form or emailing us at darcisfureverpets@gmail.com. Please include your full name, order number, and corrections to your order. We cannot adjust orders that have already been shipped.
